Not to mention i couldn't stand the thought of having to evict someone. I was about to give up and let the bank have the house. It just didn't seem right letting the place that we called house go back to the bank and lose everything we had worked so hard for. I was trying everything I could but i knew wi had to face the truth I might lose my house. I was researching what happens when houses go through foreclosure and what I found scared me to death. Not only do you lose your house but if the bank sells the house for less than what you owe they come after you for the rest. Sad and disappointed I knew I would probably have to go through bankruptcy as well because I owed so much on my house. This house was about to screw me life up royally.
